DREAM HOME

Every year residents of London, Ontario and surrounding areas look forward to the unveiling of the Dream Lottery’s grand prize Dream Homes. Tickets go up for sale to win the grand prize of a million dollar ‘Dream Home’ or an assortment of other great prizes.

The greatest thing about this lottery is the cause. “Dream Lottery proceeds support enhanced patient care, innovative equipment, education and research at London Health Sciences Centre, Children’s Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph’s Health Care, London” (https://dreamitwinit.ca/faq/).

Centura London and Windsor are excited to have a variety of our products in this fall’s $1.3 million dream home.

Interior Designer, Myra Tuer created an elegant look throughout the home with sophisticated colours and grand features. When asked what she wanted to achieve in the design of the home she stated, “I wanted to create a space that people could dream of the day they were living in it with their families”…”I was inspired by the style of ‘the New Traditional’, a contemporary base with the use of clean lines, as well as the warmth of a more traditional look.”

The home features a black and mirrored built-in kitchen which is open to the dining area. An entertainment area in the basement including a “hockey-rink” and a bar. The home also features four bedrooms, and four full bathrooms.

TAKE A PEAK INSIDE:

The Master Bathroom boasts a feeling of luxury. An accent wall behind the bath tub is made up of our ‘Alhambra’ series, in a mix of Light Grey and Dark Grey.

The inside of the shower features our Urban series in Light Grey, using a subway style pattern lay-out. (See Below)

The bedroom’s throughout the home feature our Soft Touch carpet in colour #4002 Spanish Gray.

Soft Touch is a 42 oz. Polyester carpet that is just that, extremely soft to the touch! It feels so luxurious underfoot it is no surprise to find this carpet throughout the Dream Home.

Our King Wood Series is shown in the basement washroom, shown here in the 3.3”x13.6” plank size and Silver colour, this series is also available in a wood look hexagon!

Another washroom in the home displays our colour bodied porcelain, Blast Series, in colour Grigio and a 12”x24” tile size!
